Considerations for Prospective Owners

Prospective owners need to understand the commitment and requirements specific to the cavalier breed.

To those willing to be good stewards, the Houses of Tapestry Cavalier's goal is to match the family with the right puppy.

We encourage future pet owners to visit the litter at six, eight, and ten weeks of age. This will ensure a bond is established between the puppy and the new owner.

    Health Standards

All puppies receive their beginning vaccinations and worming.

Each puppy receives two complete veterinary examinations.

These thorough examinations include ocular (eyes) and cardiac (heart).

All puppies remain in our homes until a minimum age of ten weeks.

This policy ensures that a  sound, mentally mature and well adjusted puppy will join your family.

Our Commitment

The Houses of Tapestry Cavaliers do our very best to give that special addition to your family.

All puppies are lovingly raised at our homes.

From birth, all puppies are properly stimulated to promote good development.

All puppies interact with adults and properly supervised children and of course, other cavaliers.

The puppies become accustomed to daily household life and commotion.

This extra attention ensures your new family member has great social skills and is ready to join in family activities!
